Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Prime, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms apply to all users of Prime, including free and paid plan users.

About Prime

Prime is an AI-powered study application built by Primeflow Solutions for university students in Cameroon and francophone West Africa. The app provides tools including AI chat, exam preparation, academic report writing, note summarization, study timers, and social study features.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Prime. By using the app, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to enter into these terms.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. Primeflow Solutions is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

• Do not share your account credentials with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• One account per person — creating multiple accounts to bypass plan limits is prohibited

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Prime only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Use Prime to generate content that violates academic integrity policies at your institution
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the app
• Use automated tools or bots to access Prime
• Share, resell, or redistribute Prime content or AI-generated outputs for commercial purposes
• Upload or transmit malicious content, spam, or harmful files
• Attempt to circumvent plan limits or payment systems
• Harass other users in Study Groups or public features

AI-Generated Content

Prime uses artificial intelligence (powered by Anthropic's Claude) to generate study content, exam questions, report drafts, and summaries. This content is provided as study assistance only.

• AI responses may be inaccurate — always verify important information from authoritative sources
• Primeflow Solutions is not responsible for academic outcomes based on AI-generated content
• Submitting AI-generated work as your own without disclosure may violate your institution's academic integrity policy — that is your responsibility, not ours

Subscriptions & Payments

Prime offers a free plan and paid plans (Basic at 2,500 FCFA/month, Pro at 5,000 FCFA/month). Payments are processed via Fapshi using MTN Mobile Money or Orange Money.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically
• New users receive a 1-day free trial of the Pro plan — no payment required
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds
• Primeflow Solutions reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and features of Prime are the property of Primeflow Solutions. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.

Content you create (notes, study session data, group messages) remains yours. By using Prime, you grant Primeflow Solutions a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app settings. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

Prime is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Primeflow Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including academic results, data loss, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Prime after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Cameroon.
