To provide and improve Prime. To personalise your experience. To process AI requests via the Anthropic API. To track study progress and analytics. We never sell your data to third parties.
Content submitted to the AI Report Writer and StudyPal is sent to Anthropic's API for processing. We do not store chat messages beyond your session history within the app.
Data is stored securely on Supabase servers in the EU (Ireland). Protected by Row Level Security — only you can access your own data.
Prime is for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13.
You may access your data at any time. Update or correct it via the Profile page. Delete your account and all associated data by contacting primelow070@gmail.com — data is removed within 30 days of a deletion request.
Data is retained while your account is active and permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.
We will notify users of any significant changes to this policy via email.
